of the TCGIvega consultant. The objective of IQMS (Integrated
Quality Management System) is to ensure that products and
services are delivered timely, cost-effectively, and meet
the quality requirements and expectations of the customer.
TCGIvega improves quality by monitoring both software and
the process that produces it. At a facility level, whether
onsite or offshore, TCGIvega uses well-defined processes tailored
for specific project needs which ensures quality. The IQMS
incorporates ISO guidelines and CMMI process standards. The
software engineering process group (SEPG) at each facility
defines and maintains the IQMS and ensures delivery quality
and process improvement.
