Each project has its own set of challenges,
and our delivery models are customized with regard to the
complexity and maturity of each project. Depending on the
assignment, the majority of the work on a project is performed
at our offshore development facility (ODC's) in Bangalore,
Mumbai and Kolkata with the balance being performed onsite,
leading to significant cost savings for our clients.
Our solutions are tailored around the unique CDEM (Client
Driven Engagement Model). We quickly develop a deep understanding
on the client’s distinctive needs, and then we deploy our
strong resource base and processes to deliver measurable
business value. This model works at the core of every project
laying down very clear responsibilities in the organization
for a particular engagement, thereby helping to shrink delivery
cycles and cut down on defects.
We have adopted an iterative methodology for the development
