The Client |

Our client acts as a Sourcing manager to hospitals and nursing
homes, focusing on mid-sized institutions. Our client provides
medical services ranging from ambulance facility to house
delivery of pharmacy products. For corporate users, our
client provides end-to-end medical services ranging from
Ambulance services to the monthly health checkups for the
employees. The client also provides online shopping facility
to its registered users. There are currently more than 50,000
registered users in our client's site.

Project Background

Our
client's system is positioned to become one stop site for
the entire medical needs. Our client wanted a system that
provides the customer the facility to order online and maintains
their order details. All the customer has to do is to create
a login id in the site and order what he wants. After that
he could chose from different options to make his payment.
The project also had a requirement of providing access to
the system to our client executives (not accessible to the
customer) so that they could make necessary changes like
portfolio updating, change of prices etc. TCGIvega was given
the responsibility of developing such an application.

- Development of system that will help in day to day
working of medyshop from receiving orders either from
call center or from online medyshop to delivery of the
orders.
- System should generate the reports on the medyshop
sales location wise. This report generation will help
in tracking the medyshop sales and also help in making
the correct business decisions.
- System should help in logging our client executive's
from anywhere to access the site. System should give
access to the user depending on the access level. System
should also provide flexibility to change the access
level of admin user.
